»What are the charges for shipping?
Deliveries to Ireland have a minimum charge of €12.00
Deliveries to the UK have a minimum charge of €20.00
Deliveries to other European countries have a minimum charge of €30.00
Deliveries to the USA have a minimum charge of €35.00

»Where does Patrick Francis Designs ship to?
We ship to Ireland and the UK.
We also ship to all EU countries such as France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, & Sweden.
Finally, we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Macau.

»What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day full refund or exchange provided that the goods are unworn, in their original packaging, and that have all labels and swing tickets attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or if it is the wrong style or size, you may return it within 14 days of the invoiced date. If the goods are faulty you are entitled to a full refund on any item purchased.

All goods that are returned must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Refunds will be made within 28 days upon receipt of your returned item. On receipt of returned items we will refund the amount paid for goods to your credit card or PayPal account. All delivery costs are non refundable. It is advisable to obtain a proof of sending certificate which you should keep until a full refund has been given.

If a Patrick Francis Designs item was purchased from one of our stockists it must be returned to that store.

»Can I order by fax?
Yes you can order any of our items by fax. Just send us a fax with the name of the item, the item's code, and the sizes and quantities required along with your contact details. Once your order is received we will contact you for payment authorization. Please send fax orders to + 353 1 661 6044.

»Are you getting in any more stock?
In order to check if we will be receiving anymore stocks please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to answer your query.

»How do I track my order?
If you want to track your order you may do so on DHL's website. Once an item ships you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment, and you will receive a DHL tracking number. Once shipped you can track your order via the DHL website. Please bear in mind it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the tracking number appear on DHL's tracking system.

»Can I change my order?
You can change your order so long as it has not been dispatched. To change any parts of your order please contact us by phone or email.

»Can I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled. If your order has not been dispatched you can cancel by phoning us at +353 1 662 4254 or by emailing us at

»What if part of my order is missing?
There are two situations where this may arise: An item may be missing from your order if we have omitted it by accident. In this case we will send the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible without any additional shipping charge. If you have ordered an item which subsequently becomes out of stock at despatch stage we will offer you a full refund for that item if the style is discontinued.

»I have forgotten my password what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password you will need to click the ‘forgotten your password’ link on the log in page. An email will then be sent to you reminding you of your password.

»Do the prices displayed include tax?
For EU customers prices are inclusive of VAT. For customers outside of EU the amount of VAT will be deducted at final billing.

»How do I remove an item from my shopping bag?
To remove an item go to your shopping bag and click the ‘remove’ checkbox beside the undesired item. This item will then be deleted from your shopping bag the next time it is refreshed, you can also choose to update your shopping bag immediately.

»What are the courier delivery times?
The shipping company we use will deliver between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

»Do I need to sign for the goods?
Yes all goods need to be signed for at the time of delivery

»Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes anyone at the specified address can sign for the goods

»How do I know what size will fit?
